At Stenella Antiques & Interiors, we provide flexible options for acquiring items you wish to re-home. We can purchase items outright and arrange for convenient pick-up directly from your location. Additionally, we accept select consignments of well-cared-for, quality pieces from individuals looking to liquidate or downsize their collections. Our team is dedicated to helping you transition your items smoothly and ensuring that they find a new home where they will be appreciated. Please be aware that shipping costs are NOT included in the item prices, and we do not offer international shipping. Stenella Antiques & Interiors accepts a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can choose to pay with cash, personal checks, money orders, credit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal. If you have any questions about the payment process, feel free to reach out to us for assistance!
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or as store credit toward another purchase. If your item was shipped, please notify us as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please ensure that items are returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Stenella Antiques & Interiors can only refund the original purchase amount and cannot cover shipping costs, as these are the buyer's responsibility.

In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, claims must be pursued directly with the shipping carrier. Stenella Antiques & Interiors will do its best to assist all parties in ensuring that the claim is managed appropriately. Sales tax collection can vary based on several factors, including the state in which you are making a purchase, the specific merchant site, and the product seller. Each state has its own unique requirements regarding sales tax, which are beyond our control. 

Following the 2018 Supreme Court ruling, US states are now permitted to require sales tax collection for online orders based on factors such as the seller's physical presence, the delivery location, sales volume, and order count. This means that sales tax may be applied to your order depending on these criteria. If you have any questions about how sales tax may affect your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification.

We manage all arrangements, ensuring that your project is finished promptly and, most importantly, to your satisfaction. 

Our upholstery services are not limited to items purchased directly from Stenella Antiques & Interiors; we happily assist with upholstery for your own pieces as well.
