For Items purchased directly from Stenella Antiques & Interiors:

Share Your Vision: Let us know the specific look you desire for your chosen piece.

Request a Quote: We can provide a direct quote and finalize the customization before shipping the item.

Inquire Before Purchase: We encourage you to reach out to us prior to purchasing to ensure that we can meet your expectations regarding finish and delivery timelines.

For Your Own Items:

Send Us Your Details: Email us detailed photos of your furniture along with dimensions, the number of colors you envision, and a description of the desired finish.

Inspiration: We welcome examples from the web or magazines to help us understand exactly what you’re aiming for.

Consultation with Our Artisan: Once we have an initial understanding, one of our skilled artisan painters will contact you to discuss your vision in detail, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of your expectations.

Personalized Quote: After finalizing the details, we’ll provide you with an exact quote and a time frame for the project.

Starting the Work:

Deposit: Once you accept the quoted price, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the work.

Completion: The remaining balance will be due upon completion.

Delivery Options: Upon completion, items will be available for pickup, or we can arrange for scheduled in-home delivery.

Transportation and Pickup

Safe Handling: Stenella Antiques & Interiors manages the transportation of items from our Perkasie warehouse to the artisan’s workshop.

Pickup and Shipping: Once your piece is complete, it can be conveniently picked up or shipped directly from our Perkasie warehouse.

Skilled Craftsmanship

Experienced Artisans: Our craftsmen and artisans come with extensive training and hands-on experience, proficient in a wide array of products and techniques. Their expertise ensures that we can achieve the exact look or finish you are aiming for.

Controlled Environment

Dedicated Workshop: All custom work is carried out in our artisan painters' dedicated workshop, not at the customer’s home. This allows us to maintain a controlled environment, essential for optimal curing times and finish quality.
