Stenella Antiques regularly ships between 200-400 pieces of furniture monthly to customers throughout the country.
Shipping East Coast/out to the Chicago Area:
For deliveries from New Hampshire through Georgia, and Philadelphia out towards the Chicago area, email us directly and we can obtain discounted in home shipping quotes. We are able to get drastically discounted quotes for most areas along this route. Due to the high volume of deliveries, the shipping company provides us with some of the best rates and in-home "white-glove" service. Most items will be delivered, brought into the home, and setup. Email us for shipping quote, time frames and detailed information.
For all areas that we are unable to directly quote, it is recommended that the buyer contact and arrange shipping directly. The above shipping options are only for the courtesy of our customers, they are not recommendations. You are more than welcome to use any shipper you wish, we just highly recomend a licensed and insured carrier for your protection. Additionally, you can pick up your piece from our showroom directly. Shipping is the responsibility of buyer to arrange. If it is for a quote that we directly gave, we will be glad to forward your information on to expedite the shipping process. If using a company of your choice, be sure they will properly package for shipping and items will be insured. Please understand that all shipping is third party and we cannot be responsible for delays and things beyond our control. We do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery but certain circumstances such as scheduling, weather, traffic etc. are encountered by shippers. Typical shipping time frames run approx 4-8 weeks. these times can be shorter and on rare occasions longer based on the shipping companies current schedule and location.
Smaller to mid size items:
Some smaller and mid size items, including nightstands, mirrors, occasional tables, chairs, small chests and even some some servers and small cabinets, can be shipped via UPS. Stenella Antiques is open by appointment at our showroom and warehouse in beautiful Bucks County Pennsylvania.
Please email us to set up or confirm an appointment / item pickup. Accommodations can be usually be made Tuesday through Friday 9am-3pm, and select Saturdays from 9am-12pm. Be sure to email to confirm prior to coming.
Perkasie is located approx 45 minutes north of Philadelphia, and 2.5 hours from New York and Baltimore.
Directions from South:
95N to 476N (17miles) take PA Turnpike(476N) to Quakertown Exit. Make a left onto Rte. 663 and follow for approximately 3 miles, crossing over Rte. 309 and the road will become Rte. 313E. Follow 313E for 6 miles and turn right at light for Fifth Street. Follow Fifth St. for 3 miles and turn left onto W. Walnut Street go 3 blocks and turn left onto S. Second St., we are on left side on corner of Second St and Chestnut St. #104.
Directions from North:
Follow Route 78 into Allentown, then follow Route 309 South into Quakertown. Once you are in Quakertown you will turn left at major intersection for Route 313. Follow 313E for 6 miles and turn right at light for Fifth Street. Follow Fifth St. for 3 miles and turn left onto W. Walnut Street go 3 blocks and turn left onto S. Second St., we are on left side on corner of Second St and Chestnut St. #104.
Stenella Antiques wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. In the event something is not what you expected, too large, too small or whatever the concern might be, returns will be gladly accepted within 3 days of receipt of the item for a full refund of purchase price (special orders, layaway, and custom work orders, and items being stored for more than 90 days are non-refundable) Shipping charges will be responsibility of buyer. On the rare occasion there is a problem at delivery, it is highly recommended that it be noted immediately to the shipper and contact us before shipper leaves. Issues are very rare, and often times can very easily be dealt with while the shipper is there.
